Don't the Christians need the Bibles for their own reading? Where's the proof and evidence of proselytization, assuming that the alleged propagation did take place and, furthermore, was wrong in law at the Federal level and the Constitution?

A major reason for the grinding poverty levels in Sabah and Sarawak is that first Malaysian Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman created the political term ‘Bumiputera’ to include, by the backdoor, the Malay in the same category as the Orang Asal.

East Malaysians accept the government’s assurance on the use of Allah at their own peril because what Umno tried to do in the 1970s and 1980s to promote the assimilation of a ‘national culture’ and setting Islamic values as the country’s sole values, it will try to do again.

Putrajaya’s unease with regard to the perennial question on the strange situation of Sabah and Sarawak being in a federation with peninsular Malaysia on the other side of the South China Sea may lead to the opening of Pandora’s Box as the racial and religious polarisation a la Malaya taking root in the two eastern states become more intense.
