Why Malays should no longer vote for UMNO/BN

bn-xMalaysian companies, let alone Bumi enterprises, have no chance to have any learning curves. Otherwise, how does one explain the fact that after so many years and so many mega projects built in the country, there is still no credible Bumi construction company that can tackle or bid for big jobs?
