hindraf-hunger-strkeThe Indian poor sitting out GE13 is a part of the calculations for future elections. The abstentions should make the losers in this round of the general election realize that they lost without the support of that significant segment of votes so that they will learn not to treat the Indian poor electorate so cavalierly the next time.

By December in the following year, the burial ground was demolished after the usual threats and manipulative tactics were employed on the Indian estate workers. In this respect, PAS did not behave any differently from BN.

Some elite merely chant their favourite mantra that resources must be allocated only on the “basis of need, not race” – do not just say it, do it.
