job-garmenCan the government promise that all young Malaysians will be given fair treatment, and racial or regional discrimination will not be tolerated in order to encourage non-Malay recruitment into the civil service?

letterThe main thrust of Hindraf class action suit is to show how the British government had been negligent at the time the Malaysian constitution was enacted without taking into consideration nor offering rightful protection for the Malaysian Indians.

letterThe case that Dr S. Paraman attempts to make would be more credible were he to use updated numbers from the Censuses of 1991, 2000, 2010 and the annually published demographic statistics. All of the data that exists must be thoroughly and rigorously examined.
