It is necessary to point out that despite the American strong position on the use of chemical weapons -- presently with regard to the Syria civil war -- prior to 1975, the USA did not ratify a treaty to ban the use of chemical weapons in warfare.
The compulsory implementation of TITAS, which is at risk of becoming just another religious class masked under the pretext of a world knowledge course, is being backed by a slew of politically correct opportunists at the expense of the students’ best interests.
